This course is a companion to the DBT Skills Practice Through Art workbook for Youth (16–25+). (The workbook is sold separately and can be downloaded any time from the Workbooks section). It is based on Julie F. Brown’s (2016) DBT program and guides you through each section of the workbook with reflective exercises, and skills practice. You work through the material at your own pace, returning to videos and activities as many times as you need.
