Becoming a member of ArtBeat Art Therapy Studio gives you more than just access to content — it's an invitation to deepen your personal practice with structured, time-limited learning designed to fit your life... at a fraction of the cost of a formal art therapy session.
Historically, DBT programs are a year-long and involve a team (individual counsellor, group facilitator, skills coaches) to help guide you along your journey. We know that not everyone has access to this specific team or outside learning environment. Sometimes we have to work with what we have — a notion near and dear to people living in the North.
Workbooks and courses are sold separately and can be purchased and accessed at any time through our Workbooks and Courses sections.

Family Membership, so you can join your family in the online ArtBeat Art Therapy Studio! A family membership gives you access to our DBT Skills practice through art video library, both a private and public online gallery to showcase your art exploration, as well as access to our monthly online DBT Skills practice through art support groups (there are 4 different options, depending on which workbook or course you chose to explore).

DBT Skills practice through art. Strength-based, culturally-sensitive, evidence-based resources and courses for kids 8+, youth, young adults, parents, caregivers, and frontline workers. This is not just a fun and valuable intervention, it's an effective preventative practice.
Clients can self-refer or be referred by parents or professionals. If you are self-referring, please book a free consultation to get started. If you would like to refer your child or client, please contact me to start the intake process.
